SATIM OREC AI-based SAR Analytics to be integrated into TacticaAI – Pulse Platform

SATIM, a Polish SAR-AI specialist, announces its partnership with TacticaAI to provide SAR intelligence to strengthen regional ISR capabilities in the UAE.

Abu Dhabi and Krakow 30 April 2026

SATIM, a provider of AI-driven analytics for synthetic aperture radar (SAR), has entered a collaboration with TacticaAI, the AI-powered geospatial intelligence platform to integrate OREC, SATIM’s SAR-based object recognition and classification engine, into TacticaAI.

TacticaAI is a startup with multi-domain decision-support platforms designed to fuse multiple sources of information into a unified operational picture across complex operational environments. Built on an LLM-enabled architecture that can leverage multiple language models, including TII’s Falcon large language model (LLM), and supported by agentic AI workflows and human-in-the-loop validation, the platform enables natural-language tasking, multi-source analysis, course-of-action generation, automated reporting, and faster decision-making for defense, security, and wider operational users.

The integration of OREC strengthens TacticaAI’s ability to process and exploit SAR imagery, enabling the detection and classification of objects such as vessels, aircraft, and vehicles. This capability supports operators in maintaining situational awareness in conditions where optical imagery may be limited, including cloud cover, low visibility, and night-time scenarios.

"This partnership brings our SAR-based AI intelligence layer to complement TacticaAI capabilities in this field" said Jacek Strzelczyk, CEO of SATIM. "OREC has been validated by some of the most demanding intelligence and defense customers in the world, and pairing it with TacticaAI's platform puts that capability in the hands of operators who need decision-ready information from radar data, as soon as new data arrives."

“ We are proud to see TacticaAI emerge from TII’s innovation ecosystem and grow into a startup that brings advanced AI, sensor fusion, and operational intelligence into real-world deployment” said Dr. Najwa Aaraj, CEO of TII. “SATIM’s OREC engine complements our existing analytics layers and supports our objective of integrating specialized third-party capabilities into a unified, AI-powered decision-support environment
